Guest Service Executive

Role: Guest Service Executive (Grade: Executive/Senior Executive)

Job Description:

Pranaam Officers are dedicated to make passenger’s journey through CSIA a delightful experience. Right from the time they arrive at the airport till they set off to their destination, Pranaam officers ensure that passenger needs are met with care and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

 

·       Meet, greet and escort passengers as per the laid down service standards (smile, address by name, cheerful outlook, briefing, grooming standards etc) in order to provide a quality service at passengers’ arrival/departure.

 

·       To assist the designated passengers by monitoring flight arrivals / departures and aircraft parking bays in order to ensure that passengers are promptly received and escorted.

·       Resolve customer issues pertaining to reservations, visa formalities etc. in order to ensure minimum inconvenience to passengers

 

·       Monitor usage and condition of all items at the lounge and inform the supervisor of any requirements, maintenance and changes in order to ensure that the lounge facility is up to the standards.

 

Job requirement:

Fluent in English · Great presentation · Able to work independently · Flexible working hours (12 hours rotation Day/Night Shofts. Night shifts  are compulsory) · Good sense of customer service

Duty Terminal Officer in the Terminal Operations Department

Job Essentials:
-Job involves working in 12 hour rotational shifts (day/night)
-Quick Learner
-Having strong decision making skills
-Minimum Graduate (12+3) from government recognized universities
-Minimum experience – 3 years
-Industry Preference – Airlines, Mall Management, Hotels
Key outcomes expected from the role:
-Handling of customer and other complaints and queries at the terminal
-Work in close liaison with airline ground personnel to ensure high standards of service delivery as per OMDA and ASQ standards.
-Assist and support passengers and other staff in the terminal during all emergency situations including bomb threat, fire and civil exigencies.
-Monitor and track the performance of the various operational facilities like passenger baggage trolleys, operation of inter terminal coaches plying from airside, high standards of cleanliness of lounges, washrooms etc. in the terminals.

Customer Service Executive

This is on 5 year fixed term employment basis

Job Essentials:
-Job involves working in 12 hour rotational shifts (day/night)
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Quick Learner
-Presentable and courteous
-Minimum Graduate (12+3) from government recognized universities
-Age – less than 25 years
-Freshers can also apply
 
Key outcomes expected from the role:
-Proactive assistance to passengers
-Management of information desks by providing all the information/directions required to any passenger for smooth travel
-Coordination with Terminal Operations team and Trolley/Coach Supervisors for trolleys and inter-terminal coach availability
-Updating the reporting manager regarding any issue for immediate action
-Should be proficient with all the information within and outside the terminal to assist diligently
