- Guest will be assisted till the arrival gate / the receiving party/ car pick up point.

- Guest will be met by Pranaam officer at the aerobridge and assisted for Immigration check.
- Post completion of immigration formalities, Guest will be accompanied to the baggage carousel.
- Porter service will be provided for baggage retrieval and baggage assistance (Max. 2 baggage) upto the arrival exist gate.
- Guest will be guided to Customs check-point and post completion of formalities, Guest will be assisted to the arrival exit gate.

- Guest may relax in the waiting lounge in the baggage hall while waiting for the check-in baggage.
- Dedicated porter for baggage assistance for baggage retrieval (Max. 3 baggage) upto the arrival exist gate.
- Guest will be guided to Customs check-point and post completions of formalities the guest will be assisted to the arrival exit or handed over to the receiving party.
