Guests will get an end to end assistance. The service ensures that your travel through the airport is seamless and memorable.
Details on Pranaam Departure Platinum Service are as below:
The Guest will be met at the curbside by Pranaam Officer and will be provided dedicated assistance upto the Lounge*
Porter service will be provided from curbside till the airline check-in counters (Max.3 baggage).
The Pranaam Officer will assist the Guest with the airline check-in process.
Post check-in, Guest will be guided through Security check.
The Guest will be accompanied by the officer to the Lounge* where they can sit, relax and enjoy options of food and beverages prior to boarding the flight.
On boarding announcement, Guest will be intimated by Pranaam officer and will be guided to the designated boarding gate.
