Pranaam Transit services endeavors to ease the transit journey by providing complete assistance right from your arrival at CSIA till you board your next flight.
Pranaam Transit (International to International):
Guest will be met by Pranaam officer at the aerobridge to till the transit area and assisted with airline and airport process.
The Guests will be accompanied by the officer to the Pranaam Lounge where they can sit, relax and enjoy options of food and beverages prior to boarding the flight.
On commencement of the boarding for the flight, Pranaam officer at the lounge will intimate the Guest and guide to the designated boarding gate.

Pranaam Transit International to Domestic:
Our Pranaam Transit (International to Domestic)Service includes:
Pranaam officer will meet the Guest at the aerobridge and assist the guest to the immigration process.
Dedicated porter service will be provided for baggage assistance from baggage hall (Max. 2 bags) till boarding point of inter terminal coach.
On arrival at Domestic Terminal, Guest will be received by a Pranaam Officer and will be assisted with the airline check-in process will be assisted to the boarding hall.
The Guests will be accompanied by the Pranaam officer to the Pranaam Lounge where they can sit, relax and enjoy options of food and beverages prior to boarding the flight.
Guest will be guided by the Pranaam Officer to the airline boarding gate.

Pranaam Transit Domestic to International
Our Pranaam Transit Domestic to International Service includes:
Pranaam officer will meet the Guest at the aerobridge and assist the guest to baggage hall.
Porter service will be provided for baggage retrieval and loading of baggage onto transit coach.
Assistance with transit coach formalities.
Guest will be assisted till the transit area and guided to the transit coach.
The Guest will be received by Pranaam officer at the international terminal.
The Guest will be assisted with the airline check-in process, and assisted through the dedicated lane of security and immigration check.
The Guests will be accompanied by the Pranaam officer to the Pranaam Lounge where they can sit, relax and enjoy options of food and beverages prior to boarding the flight.
On commencement of the boarding for the flight, Pranaam Officer at the lounge will intimate the Guest and guide to the boarding gate.
